R. L. Stein was the author of the book series Goosebumps. My brother was the one who got me started reading these books. He would often read them to me or my mom would read us a chapter a night. These books would keep us on the edge of our seats. My brother used to try to tell me that these books were based on true events little did I know that he was lying to me. My brother and I were really into the books that we actually have the whole series of the Goosebumps.
The Berenstain Bear’s is still a popular series of books today. When I was doing some of my school observations the teacher was reading one of the books to the class. The kids asked me if I had ever read them and I replied yes. These books are still good books to read today. As a kid I know I enjoyed reading them.
